During their Stakeholders meeting in Uyo, the UNODC, European Union and officers of various MDAs of the Federal Government of Nigeria made a field trip to the Manna Rethink Centre (MRC) of the Mobile Manna Foundation on 2nd November 2016. The MRC is a community-based drug dependence treatment service funded by the European Union through UNODC.
