Barr Ben Obaika is the Secretary and Legal Adviser of the Foundation. He has the following educational qualifications: B.A. Philosophy (University of Lagos, 1984), M.Sc. Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (University of Lagos, 1987), LL.B (University of Calabar, 1997), BL. (Nigerian Law School – 1999). He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He worked in private companies before setting up his law firm, U,B.Obaika and Associates, where he is the Principal Partner. Barr Obaika provides legal services to the Foundation since 2008, support services in administration (personnel matters) to the Foundation and is involved in planning and executing training sessions. He is married to Florence Obaika, a great educationist. They have a fantastic son, Emmanuel.
